Dr. Mahesh Rao?

Dr Mahesh Rao belongs to the cadre of the pioneer laparoscopic surgeons in Rajasthan. He has graphed his career with singular determination to develop, evaluate and propogate Minimal Access (Laparoscopic), Metabolic and Bariatric surgery in Shekhawati.
Dr Mahesh Rao done his MBBS from SMS Medical college Jaipur, Master in Surgery (MS) from RNT Medical college Udaipur. After completion of his MS Dr Mahesh Rao started and skilled his surgical career by doing Diploma and Fellowship in Minimal Access (Laparoscopic) Surgery, and working with esteemed hospitals of India like: Dr Ram Manohar Lohia hospital New Delhi (Willingdon Hospital), Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical college and hospital Delhi, Sir Ganga Ram hospital New Delhi with pioneer surgeon of India Dr Pradeep Chowbey, Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute (SGPGI) Lucknow, Kailash Hospital Behror, then he started his own surgical centre in Sikar- Lokpriya Hospital and now Noble Care Hospital a multispeciality hospital with advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery department.

APPENDIX

Appendix is a tubular hollow structure, is part of intestine located at the junction of small and large intestine and is of no use for human being. When it get infected it causes pain abdomen, which is located in upper or central abdomen in the initial period and later on when infection is more severe it shifts to right lower side of abdomen. Any infection of appendix needs surgery.

GALL BLADDER STONES

Gallbladder is pear shaped structure located under surface of liver on upper right side of abdomen; it stores bile which is produced by liver. Its only function is to store bile and release at time of feed. When stones are developed in gallbladder, operation is required to be done as there is another treatment option.

UTERINE

Uterus is reproductive organ of female, due to many factors there may be some disturbance in monthly menstrual cycle that disturbs the routine life of female, called dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Other than this there are many more conditions like fibroid, adenomyosis, endometrial hyperplasia, and cancer that removal of uterus.

OVARIAN

Ovary is genital organ in female that produces ovum. There are many diseases that can develop in ovaries like simple cyst, complex cyst, haemorrhagic cyst, and mass or tumour, all that need to be evaluated by expert and may need surgery timely to save the life.

COLORECTAL

Surgery for diseases of the colon, rectum and anal canal- piles, fissure, fistula and cancer of rectum and colon.

UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL

Surgeries for diseases affecting the liver, oesophagus and stomach. This also covers obesity surgery.

VARICOSE VEINS

This is disease of veins of lower limbs, where veins become dilated and tortuous. Surgery is the only option for these.

VARICOSELE

This is tortuous dilated veins at root of scrotum and patient feels heaviness and discomfort, surgery is required to treat it.

HERNIA

Contents of abdomen that is intestine and omentum are covered by membranes of tissue, when there is weakness somewhere in this covering, these organs may come out as a bulge that is called hernia. Hernia is a common problem. It causes a localized bulge in the abdomen or groin.
